Firstly I believe currently that there are not a lot of staff on this server and that some more staff is needed. Secondly I believe if I was join the staff team then that would be the best way to help this community both with expanding and also just having fun with the player base. But lastly I have decided to apply for staff as I believe it would be a very fun and exciting experience!  How much time do you have to contribute to our server: 2-8 Hours each day | 7 days each week  Have you been previously punished by a staff member? Firstly I am a very active player and have played on this server multiple times. Secondly I am a very kind and friendly person who could bring more players to the community. How would you deal with this user:  !Jail Name !goto Name I would inform the player why they have been jailed and then tell them that they will be receiving both a ban and warn for Mass RDM. !warn Name RDMX4/MassRDM !ban Name 2 Weeks MassRDMX4 2) You are the only staff member online and there is a Minge inside of the Cadet Training Room. The trainer has reported this Minge in admin chat and you have seen the report. What would you do:  !spectate [Minges Name] Then I would watch the trainer train this "minge", making sure that the player is infact not minging. If the player is minging then I would stop spectating the player and then !goto [Minges Name], informing him that he is minging and if he is here to just minge then he will be warned and dealt with. Once done I will continue to spectate by doing !spectate and if he continues then I will kick and warn him for minging. 3) A user is asking for staff to read their application. How would you deal with this player:  I would inform the player that, that is against the staff application rules and then say if he continues then I will have to talk with the Staff Manager about this players behaviour. 4) There is a player threatening to DDOS the server and other users. What would you do?: I would inform the player that, that is never going to be allowed and then I would ban him for threatening to DDOS the server and community members.[/color]
